José Daniel Salceda Velasco
Guitarrista | MéxicoA native of Salamanca, Guanajuato and at only 23 years old, José Daniel Salceda Velasco has a long musical career that goes from his training at the Conservatorio de las Rosas, dozens of master classes, concerts abroad, to national and international recognitions. In Mexico he has performed in places such as the National Museum of Art and the National Palace, he has traveled the world participating in recitals and festivals in Chile, Uruguay, Spain, Austria, United States and Japan. He has studied with great masters like David Russell and has won more than 35 awards such as the Guanajuato State Youth Prize, the Raúl Sánchez Clagget Prize in Uruguay and the Heinz Irmler Special Prize at the John Duarte International Guitar Festival in Austria.
His genius and talent stand out for the balance he achieves between breaking with the traditional ways of making music and his respect for the canons.
