Fundación Jorge Marín

We are a multidisciplinary all-women team that has made cultural proposals of a social nature –on a national and international level– through the work of the sculptor Jorge Marín, with the goal of promoting individual and collective reflection, civic engagement, and the reconstruction of the social fabric.  

Using Jorge Marín’s iconography as a vehicle, we work on actions that benefit society. We organize workshops, art intervention, and activities to support and raise awareness on current issues, such as migration, childhood, and social inclusion of the indigenous peoples. In addition, we run exhibits in the public space to strengthen the recovery of public areas for interaction. At the same time, we conduct academic activities for the cultural development of children and students.
