Julio Escallón

Founder and director of the Espacio Escénica theater company. He studied literature and music at the Javeriana University, and drama at the Charlot Academy and Estudio XXI under the mentorship of teacher Paco Barrero. He also attended HB Studios in New York where he was a student in the master classes of Edward Morehouse and Katherine Sergava. Writer, translator, director, actor and composer are his recurring roles in the theater scene. His music is signed under the pseudonym Kalo Eva. He writes and directs the play in whispers SuperPasito (Careless Whispers).
