Since 1960 until the beginnings of the XXI century, Cuban illustrators made colorful serigraphs which weren’t only to announce feature and documentary films, but to make an aesthetic declaration that is registered today at the National Register of the World’s Memory Program from the UNESCO. This poster’ sample it’s part of a collection that covers a 60 years period, and still prevails as a testimony of the design evolution in the Island and the post-revolutionary avant-garde.
